Newly promoted Birmingham has signed Stuart Parnaby from Middlesborough. The deal is set to be a 3 year contract. Parnaby is out of contract and his move will cost Birmingham nothing.
He is Steve Bruce's second signing after Fabrice Muamba who joined from Arsenal.
