The Throw In

Sunday soccer on the field. Your team gets a throw in. You picked up the ball and throw it to your midfiPPPRRRREEEETTTTTT!!!!!!!. The referee blew for a foul throw and you go...what?.....well heres the rulebook on taking proper throw ins.

During the action of the throw.

1. the player must face the field of play.
2. player must have a part of each foot either on the touchline or area outside the touchline.
3. both hands must be used during the act of throwing.
4. the ball must move from behind and over the head.
